Mr. Ali.T. Bin Saleh
Chief Executive Officer,CEO

Mr.Ali.Bin Saleh has been with Kotban or its predecessors and affiliates since 2004.with more than 23 years of experience in engineering,technical sales,computer control systems,international trading and business management,Mr.Ali Bin Saleh is responsible for executing our strategy, overseeing our day-to-day operations, coordinating the many disciplines within our organization and identifying areas for future expansion.

 
 
 
   
 
Mr. Mohamed Shibani
General Office Administrator


As an administrative assistant Mr.Shibani reports to the general administaration manager and is responsible for
providing administrative and clerical services in an effective and efficient manner which will ensure that Kotban office operations are maintained up to execellent standards.some of Mr.Shibani`s main activities are maintaining confidential records and files,keeping records of decisions.researching and assisting on adminstrative policies & procedures and preparing documents and reports on the computer  as well as scheduling Board meetings.

 
 
 
 
 
 
 








 
Mr.Enrique Leal
Senior Consultant

Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Ibero Ameticana, Mexico City
Thirty years of experience in the design selection and marketing of:

1. Hydrocarbon based refrigeration systems
2. Gas compressor systems
3. Design of gas processing plants such as
A. Gas sweetening
B. Gas dehydration
C. Fractionation
E. Expander cryogenic

Mr.Robert Fell
Senior Consultant

Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio State University.
Thirty years experience in the design and installation of hydrocarbon based refrigeration systems and gas compressor units. Primary activity is based in the gas processing and transportation industry. Experience also includes aftermarket, maintenance, energy efficiency retrofits. Projects are located in North and South America, Europe, Middle East and Asia.


 
 
 
   

Emmanuel Elumba
Document Controller

Previously working at Vinci Construction Company as a Document Controller. Mr. Elumba`s  duties are establishing, creating and maintaining updating an effective filing, distribution,protection and archiving systemfor paper documents and electronic documents. Control of incoming and outgoing project documents (Internal and External), which includes construction drawings, specifications, standards and references, construction procedures, memorandums, instruction letters, communications, correspondences and other applicable documents.

 


   

Joan Elumba
Executive Secretary

Mrs. Elumba was previously working with Husni-Bey Group. She is a resourceful & accomplished individual with 6 years’ comprehensive experience coordinating office management and serve as reliable and detail oriented secretary. Customer care skills as well as exceptional clerical expertise. Responsible for controlling emails, sending faxes and other secretarial works designated by the Management.  

 

 

   

Amari Mabrouk
Site Manager QA/QC Coordinator

Mr. Amari joined us in 2014,he is in charge of the construction site with continuous follow-up, supervision & monitoring of all pipeline construction work in progress ensuring that all works are carried out in accordance with construction schedule ,approved procedures & inspection test plans (ITP) such as welding procedures, NDT, hydro test, radiography, etc., and that all are safely executed. Coordinate with the subcontractor`s Q/A, Q/C department to implement the Project`s quality control plan. 

 

 

   

Luzviminda Maquinad
Administrative Assistant/ Secretary to the Project Manager

Working directly with  the Project Manager`s office as an Administrative Assistant Secretary. Assists the Company's Secretary in performing all the administrative and secretarial works. Performs tasks/jobs as may be assigned by the Management Personnel.


 


   

Wasfi Zaal Alabadi
HSE Supervisor

Raises the awareness for employees about safety at site on daily basis Planning ,Organizing  and Maintaining  a healthy working environment  covering all safety issues and implementing safety procedures at site area.

 

 

 

   

Mr. Fawaz Saleh, MSc in Engineering Management
Procurement Officer

Has recently joined  Kotban (in 2014)  from LDL Company with a supply chain experience, Mr. F. Saleh expertise is utilized most in the supply chain sources, Excellent experience in purchasing ,Procurement Management and customer satisfactions. Assists in bid evaluations.

 



   

Mr. Rafa Omar Belgassem, BSc, MSc
Project Management

Mr. Rafa Omar Belgassem joined us in early 2014 from Total Oil Company (Mambruk Oil Operations),and has  over 40 years of experience in mechanical engineering, design and project management. Mr. R. Belgassem is responsible for our project management department's activities on a daily basis with a hands on approach to each individual project Making it the center of his attention.

 

 

   

Mr. Muaad Azaam
Health & Safety & Environment Manager

Mr. Azzam has been with Kotban since early 2014 and has the primary responsibility for the development, implementation and management of our environmental, safety and regulatory compliance initiatives in the areas of air, water, waste, site assessment and clean-up, emergency preparedness, security and employee training.





   

Abdussalam Guettit
Supply Chain/Procurement Management

Mr. Guettit joined Kotban Oil & Gas Services in early 2014 bringing with him more than forty-four years of accumulated experience in Procurement & Materials Management. As a Veteran of Harouge Oil Operations (Veba), formerly known as Mobil Oil as well as a continuous procurement work with Aljawaby & Mid-oil is an added value to our company., Mr. Guettit is responsible for functions all along the supply chain including the majority of all purchasing requirements, all vendor contact negotiations and fleet management.  




   

Mr. Ibrahim Izbeida
Chief Financial Officer/ Administration Manager

As The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with more than 40 years experience in The Libyan Oil sector, Mr. I. Zbeida in his capacity as a CFO provides both operational and programmatic support to our organization. supervises the finance unit and is the chief financial spokesperson for our company. Our CFO reports directly to the President/Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and directly assists the Chief Operating Officer (CEO) on all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting needs and the securing of new funding. As an administration Manager, Mr. Zbeida facilitates the smooth & efficient running of our office, carries out a range of administrative tasks, ensures adequate staff levels, delegates work  and oversees the recruitment of new staff including training, induction and insurance.

   

Karim Hadded
Project controller/Planner/Scheduler

With more than eleven years experience in all aspects of Engineering, Procurement, construction and management as well as risk management & cost control in the oil and gas industries  with an ample knowledge of IT utilizing computer soft ware programs such as  Primavera P6&P3, Sidetrack project manager, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.





   

Mr. Nedal Al Ghazawi/
Accounts Manager

Mr.N.AL-Ghazawi has been working with Kotban since 2013 as Accounts Manager and has the primary responsibility is of the  implementation f our company CFO`s  Plans , a university graduate in1996 with an experience of (17) years in accounting mainly in the Middle East and the  Gulf states , and now  he is preparing for his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Certificate.
